The Safeguarding Essentials will build understanding of what safeguarding is and its significance in the humanitarian and development sector. The course will explore a diverse range of safeguarding issues affecting the vulnerable groups served by humanitarian and development organizations and focus on the ‘non-negotiables for conduct in safeguarding. The course is aimed at humanitarian and development professionals but is most relevant to organizations where safeguarding issues are a concern.
