Resource Mobilization is critical for development and humanitarian organizations. As much as there are many challenges facing development and humanitarian projects, resource mobilization can be managed more innovatively for greater effectiveness. The Resource Mobilization course will focus on all the actions that should be taken by an organization to ensure that it has the resources it needs to properly resource the organization. The course will expound on the term “resource” to cover not only financial resources but also the human resources of the organization. It will also elaborate on a need for a resource-mobilization strategy to expand outreach to potential donors and partners so as to diversify the sources of the resources.
