Project Leadership and Governance

Development, Humanitarian, Government and Corporate Projects increasingly face a number of increasing complex issues. The rise of economic, social, cultural and financial crises and issues that apply pressure and pose challenges to projects.  At the same time the budgets and resources available to projects to manage these issues are limited and expectations of the project stakeholders are becoming more demanding.  Failure to meet these multiple stakeholders with multiple expectations can provoke instability that will threatens projects’ leadership governance success.
